Reprogramming old beliefs is ESSENTIAL if you want to uplevel your life and business.
Affirmations don’t really work and “thinking healing thoughts” don’t either. This is about changing a belief for good.
•Thoughts and beliefs influence the way we see the world. How we see ourselves in relationships, how we are in business, how much money is available, who gets close to us, even the income level we’re at. Our belief system is like our own personal operating system– it’s running the show whether you’re conscious of it or not. If there’s a belief in your head that says “I have to work my ass of to feel whole,” for example, your brain evidence gathers and will find excuses everyday to prove that belief right. Effectively, you will see that you have to work your ass off to feel whole, in almost any area of your life. Not because it’s TRUE, but because you’ve told your brain to see evidence of it.
The mind isn’t bad for doing this–it’s just the way the human brain works.
•The outer results you “see” simply reflect your inner reality. You tell your brain what to “look” for by agreeing what thoughts and beliefs act as the filter. We’ll receive what we believe.
•No amount of “happy thoughts” or “sending positive vibes” will change the results you get, because they don’t address the root cause. You actually have to reprogram your thoughts, scrap old ones and build new ones.
•It’s kind of like this:
If you’re driving around with a cracked windshield, you’re seeing through a cracked lens. You could patch it up temporarily, but the more you drive around without fixing it, the worse it muddies your vision/perception of the world. You can’t sit around sending the crack Happy, healing thoughts. That would be insane. Happy thoughts don’t fix it, repair does.
You’d take it in, and replace the old one with a new one. (Unless you’re fine driving around with a cracked windshield and having your ability to see impaired. Good luck lol)
•Well, faulty beliefs that impair an ability to see the world are kind of the same thing. You can go around pretending that “healing vibes” are fixing the problem, or you can actually FIX THE PROBLEM. Go in, scrap the old belief, change your mindset and build a new belief. 💞 Your brain learned and practiced the old beliefs, it can do the same thing for new ones.
•It’s pretty simple: if you don’t like what you’ve been receiving, change what you’ve been believing so your brain looks for different evidence. Scrap the filter you’ve been seeing through and replace it with a new one. You’ll know you’ve actually changed it when your results (outer reality) change.
