Brooke meets with clients Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays. Calls are scheduled during the first three weeks of each month. The fourth week of every month is an off week, when 1:1 calls are not scheduled. In the event that a month has five weeks, Brooke will determine at her discretion whether a fourth call is available.

Please arrive on time for your sessions and appointments. Brooke is punctual and expects the same respect from her clients. Our time together is valuable. We want you to get as much from our time together as possible.

Appointments may not be cancelled, but we understand that life sometimes throws us curve balls. Should you need to reschedule an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. Asking to reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice means that you have missed your appointment and will still be charged.

In the event that a payment is late, you are responsible for letting Brooke know the circumstances of the delay. Payment must be brought current within 7 days of the due date. If payment is not brought current, all access to the package, program, group or course you purchased will be suspended. You will still be responsible for the remaining balance.

In the event that a payment is declined, all access to the package, program, group or course you purchased will be suspended until payment is made. You will still be responsible for paying the full balance.

There are no refunds. No exceptions.

Once you submit payment, you commit yourself to the completion of the session or the coaching package you've selected, and Brooke commits herself to working with you for the duration of the session or coaching package. If you have a change of heart or opt out of the session/program you've paid for, a refund will not be issued.

If you are on a payment installment plan for your coaching package, and decide to opt out before the end of your coaching package, you are responsible for completing your payment obligation in full. No exceptions.

Whole hearted commitment and investment is key to working with Brooke.

In order to receive the maximum benefit from coaching, Brooke requires that her clients be a good match. If any any point, she feels that you are no longer a good fit for her coaching style (ex. missed appointments, showing up late on more than one occasion, lack of motivation, negative attitude) she reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship. If termination occurs, Brooke may issue a refund for the remaining sessions, but this will be at her discretion.
