Exactly one year ago today, I was here, in this hotel, having Christmas drinks with my friend Lulu, in Santa Monica.

One year ago, I had just had my first few 5 figure months ever and was just about to hit 6 figures in my first full time year in business. (2 years ago, I was still flailing part time at like 2k per month y’all.)

Know that your life can change dramatically when you want it to…

Fast forward to today and this year:

•My business was featured in Thrive Global and Influencing Entrepreneur.

•I celebrated a 25k launch for a sold out Mastermind, and a 60k launch that sold out my 1:1 coaching

•I’ve been able to donate more to charities this year than I EVER have, over the span of my whole life

•I hit 30k months

•I traveled to London, Cornwall, St. Ives, San Diego, Encinitas and made flying Business Class my new normal

•I went back to the City of Angels three times this year, and am in the process of moving, because my soul feels home there

•I invested over 60k in coaches, because I believe in the power of coaching

•I sign 40k clients now

•I’ve reconciled relationships with my family

•My current clients are THE SHIT and are doing amazing things for this world. I can’t get over what brilliant, brave, badass leaders they are and I’m stupid grateful for them everyday.

•I feel happier, kinder, bolder, more aligned, more playful but also fiercer with my integrity and I don’t tolerate bullshit anymore.

Was it all pretty? Nope.

Did I have meltdowns? Often.

Did I fuck up? Have income dips that scared the shit out of me? Feel vulnerable? You bet I did.

BUT there was also so much more MAGIC. So much more gratitude. So much more willingness to be myself. So much more power in what I do, who I am and how I serve my clients. I feel closer to God than I ever have. I feel more at ease in my heart. I feel more alive.

A lot can happen in one year.

There is power in dreaming big. Setting intention. Following through. And accepting that, like a wave, there will be ebbs and flows. Rises and falls. And that’s so f*cking ok and normal.

Go for it y’all. Go BIG and boldly into your 2019. It all happens when you decide it does.
